Move full and part loads for business customers across Victoria, safely and on time.
We are looking for experienced HC or MC licence holders to move freight across Victoria. You will plan each run with dispatch, check your vehicle and load before departure, keep customers informed and look after the freight until it is delivered.

- Current Australian HC or MC licence
- Previous heavy vehicle driving experience
- A careful approach to load restraint, vehicle checks and fatigue management
- Clear communication with dispatch and customers

Deliver smaller consignments and last-mile freight with care for the customer at the door.
This role covers local pick-ups and deliveries, from pallets to parcels. You will follow delivery instructions, check site access, handle freight carefully and be the friendly, professional face of HBXpress when you arrive.

Carry freight that needs an agreed temperature range, with the checks and care that involves.
You will move temperature-sensitive freight on agreed schedules. That means checking the unit before loading, following handling instructions, monitoring temperature requirements on the run and communicating clearly if anything changes.

- Australian licence suitable for the vehicle (for example MR or HR)
- Experience with refrigerated or temperature-controlled freight is helpful

The dispatch coordinator turns quote requests into a clear plan: allocating work, tracking runs, talking to drivers and customers and keeping paperwork in order. Our operating hours are 24/7, so rosters are discussed with shortlisted applicants.
This is an office-based role working closely with drivers.
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Comfort working with schedules and changing priorities
- Transport or logistics experience is helpful but not essential
