The dispatch coordinator turns quote requests into a clear plan: allocating work, tracking runs, talking to drivers and customers and keeping paperwork in order. Our operating hours are 24/7, so rosters are discussed with shortlisted applicants.
This is an office-based role working closely with drivers.
What we are looking for
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Comfort working with schedules and changing priorities
- Transport or logistics experience is helpful but not essential
